The August 17th edition of Wednesday Night Dynamite emanated from Charleston Coliseum in Charleston, West Virginia, and it was action packed from start to end. Matches for next week’s Dynamite were announced tonight for Cleveland and it looks to be another epic night.

CM Punk opened this week’s edition of Dynamite and cut a promo on Interim AEW Champion Jon Moxley. Punk referenced Mox’s past in the WWE and said he had always been the third best in his group.
Mox arrived and the two entered into a brawl. Mox later called Punk out and demanded they unify the titles tonight on Dynamite. AEW announced that the titles will be unified next week on Dynamite.
Plus, Dax Harwood of FTR will take on Jay Lethal in singles action next week on Dynamite. Harwood challenged Lethal to a match during a backstage promo during Dynamite this week.
Will Ospreay will also be in action next week on Dynamite. The Aerial Assassin will team up with Aussie Open against Death Triangle in the quarterfinals of the World Trios Tag Team Championship Tournament.
