AEW produced another solid edition of Dynamite this week, and taped matches for Rampage immediately following the conclusion of their flagship show. This is your official spoiler warning, because we’re about to tell you what happened during the show.

This week’s edition of Rampage will air on August 19th, and it will deal with the aftermath of Dynamite as well. Matches for Rampage were announced during Dynamite this week.
Swerve In Our Glory put their AEW World Tag Team Championship on the line against Private Party. The champs retained their title via a Michinoku Driver. Swerve Strickland got the win for his team.
Hook successfully defended his FTW Championship against Zack Clayton. The Cold Hearted, Handsome Devil squashed his opponent in mere seconds for the win.
Buddy Murphy destroyed Serpentico in singles competition. Miro rushed to the ring after the match and brawled with the House of Black member, sending him out of the ring with a superkick.
Penelope Ford took on Athena in what was Ford’s first match on Rampage in months. Penelope Ford had been out of action with an injury. She finally returned to AEW TV this week. Athena pinned Ford for the win.
Best Friends versus The Trust Busters ended with Orange Cassidy getting the win for his team. Danhausen and Tony Khan came out to the ring. They hug it out with Best Friends to close the show.
