WWE Expecting Big Changes For NXT Brand At HeatWave Special

WWE is presenting HeatWave tonight, and fans should expect a few notable moments. With Triple H taking control of creative, it seems that many things could be changing.

Sean Sapp reported behind Fightful’s paywall that tonight’s NXT HeatWave show is expected to be a “newsworthy” one. Wheels are in motion for some big changes for WWE’s developmental brand.

We were told to expect tonight’s NXT Heatwave show to be newsworthy, and that “several wheels were in motion,” already with changes to NXT. We’re told that a lot of things are being settled as far as who will appear on the show or move up.

It was also reported that “there is a lot of chatter” about NXT UK talent “popping up” in NXT’s Orlando branch. We’ll have to see what happens, but it should also be noted that a lot of the NXT UK roster was a bit concerned after their television tapings were nixed.

It was also reported that Tyler Bate has been discussed internally as one of those names. He hasn’t wrestled a match since April. Of course, anyone is on the table with Triple H in charge.
