Over the past couple of months, WWE has gone through a ton of changes with corporate and talent management with the departure of Vince McMahon. His daughter Stephanie is clearly up for the challenge.

WWE had their second quarter 2022 investors call where Chairwoman and Co-CEO Stephanie McMahon explained her brief break from the company and becoming the interim CEO when her father step down. All the choices were her idea.

“I was not forced into returning as CEO and Chairman in the interim position. I offered, That was an opportunity for me to come back and be part of this company that I love and have the opportunity to lead this company.”

“I took a leave of absence, realizing that I needed a little bit of time with my family given the grueling schedule and nature. I got about three weeks, which is more than a lot of other folks get.

Stephanie has a lot to juggle currently in the role of CEO. She had to deal with a grueling schedule, and scary issues to handle at home since last September when her husband Triple H was rushed to hospital for emergency heart surgery. He has since revealed the incident could have killed him and now forced him to never wrestle again.
