Kevin Owens Wants To Win WWE Tag Team Titles With Sami Zayn

Kevin Owens said that he now wants to make up for lost time by going after every championship in WWE. He admitted that he lost in way over the years and had decided to revert to his prizefighter persona. With Owens’ new goal, perhaps that could even mean winning the WWE Tag Team titles with his former best friend, Sami Zayn.

Speaking on the TWC show, Owens answered whether he’d be down with teaming up with Zayn to capture the WWE Tag Team Championships. According to Owens, that’s something on his bucket list.

Of course. I’ve never been a tag team champion. I’d love to be tag team champion anybody. Well, maybe not anybody. There are a couple of guys I could see myself winning the Tag Team Titles with, obviously, Sami is at the top of the list. That would be the ultimate good moment for us, to achieve that. We’ve been tag team champions everywhere we’ve went, except for WWE. We definitely have to get that checked off the list soon enough

Sami Zayn, for months, has been trying to associate himself with the current WWE Tag Team Champions, The Usos. While Zayn has shown no hint of portraying The Bloodline, perhaps at some point, Zayn could take the titles away from them with the help of his former best friend. In this new era, anything can happen.
