Ric Flair finally got the opportunity to retire the way he wanted to. Rif Flair teamed up with his son-in-law Andrade El Idolo and faced Jay Lethal and Jeff Jarrett on July 31st, 2022.

Ric Flair took some scary bumps and even bled during the match, something that he promised to do prior to the match. Flair won the match by pinning Jeff Jarrett, much to the relief of fans around the world.

The Nature Boy took to Twitter and made it clear that he appreciates both Tony Khan and WWE. He also thanked them for making the match happen in the first place.
