Amari Miller made some comments on Twitter about Sasha Banks not being fully Black. She also praised Ember Moon in the process for being the first and only (so far) full-Black female NXT Champion. That backlash caused Miller to deactivate her Twitter, but she’s already back.

The NXT Superstar posted an apology on Twitter. She addressed her comments and insured people that she meant no harm by what she said.

I didn’t mean bad intentions with what I had said but I do want to apologize. I meant something super well and it came across horribly. I want to sincerely apologize to everyone.

I also have to understand that posting on a social media platform can sound one way to me, as I’m typing and can come across totally different but that’s lessons learned for sure. People make mistakes and people grow and that is exactly what this experience was for me.

We’ll have to see if the hate around this message dies down. She certainly stirred up some emotions with her comment, especially from fans of Sasha Banks. As rumors about Sasha Banks’ WWE return continue swirling, it seems that The Boss will remain a popular topic of conversation.
