Batista has worked hard to establish himself as one of the greatest Superstars in WWE’s history. He has squared off against the best of the best the WWE had to offer, including The Undertaker, John Cena and also Triple H. Booker T also didn’t want to work with Batista after their infamous backstage fight.

Back in 2006, Batista and Booker T infamously had a backstage fight as they settled their differences due to them not liking each other. In the end, Booker T got the upper hand in the fight.

While speaking on his Hall of Fame show, Booker T addressed Bryan Danielson recently stating that he did not like The Miz but respected him. Booker T revealed that he didn’t want to work with Batista after their infamous backstage fight.

“I never talk about the incident between Dave [Batista] and I or anything like that. We were not friends or anything like that, and him and I, we had to work together. He wasn’t a person that I particularly wanted to work with, but I’m a professional, just like [Bryan] Danielson, I’m a professional, I’m going to get the work done and hopefully, that makes some really good TV. I do know after the incident [with Batista], I think we were able to work in the ring a whole lot better, actually. I think things got a lot smoother. Maybe before there wasn’t a respect deal going into our matches, but after I’m sure there was a lot of respect going into that ring.”

It was also said that the backstage fight between the two was a huge misunderstanding. Batista is happy working in Hollywood right now and that is all that matters in the end.
