WWE will head to the Bon Secours Wellness Arena in Greenville, South Carolina for Friday Night SmackDown this week. The company has been on a roll as far as ticket sales lately. While SmackDown doesn’t look like a sellout just yet, advances are once again strong.

Roman Reigns and The Usos have been advertised for the show. It will be the first episode of SmackDown since a very eventful SummerSlam over the weekend. Fans in South Carolina have shown strong interest.

While the event won’t likely sell out like some previous Raw and SmackDown tapings, there will likely be less than a thousand unsold seats. According to WrestleTix on Patreon, WWE has distributed 5,038 tickets for the show. The current configuration for the arena allows for 6,067 fans.

There could be a strong final week of ticket sales for the show given the positive reception to SummerSlam. The aftermath of the wild last man standing match between Roman Reigns and Brock Lesnar should pique interest a bit. It will be interesting to see what the final attendance is.

WWE drew over 40,000 fans for SummerSlam at Nissan Stadium in Nashville. They’ve recently sold out Madison Square Garden as well as the Money in the Bank premium live event. They will try to continue that strong momentum moving forward, and this week’s SmackDown looks to once again have a nearly packed house.
