Bobby Lashley won the WWE Championship after beating The Miz on Monday Night RAW back in March last year. Since then, he was booked as a very dominant force and had Vince McMahon’s seal of approval. Lashley then lost that title to Big E in a huge moment that fans will always remember.

The Almighty and The Beast clashed at the Royal Rumble for the WWE Championship. In the end, Lashley won the match after Paul Heyman turned on Brock Lesnar.

He defended his WWE Championship in an Elimination Chamber match at the WWE Elimination Chamber Premium Live Event on February 19th. However, the company wrote a concussion protocol angle to take him out of the match. This was because Lashley was legitimately injured.

While speaking with Lucha Libre Online, Lashley made it clear that he still has unfinished business with The Beast Incarnate.

“We didn’t got it all. We got a little teaser. I think there’s some unfinished business. Brock has been consistent like this for the last 20 years.”

Bobby Lashley will defend his WWE United States Championship against Austin Theory at SummerSlam. On the other hand, Brock Lesnar will challenge Roman Reigns for the WWE Undisputed Universal Title at the same event. We’ll have to see how the matches will turn out to be.
