Roman Reigns has been indomitable in WWE as the Undisputed Universal Champion. The Head Of The Table has been unstopped since his return back in 2020 and shows no signs of stopping anytime soon. He also never wants to face Brock Lesnar ever again after WWE SummerSlam.
The Tribal Chief defeated Brock Lesnar at WrestleMania 38 to become the Undisputed Universal Champion. Since then, he has been making sporadic appearances on WWE television.
While speaking to TODAY, Roman Reigns talked about his upcoming match against Brock Lesnar at the WWE SummerSlam Premium Live Event. Reigns made it clear he never wants to face The Beast Incarnate again after the event.
“I hope it’s the last time. It hurts. It’s brutal being in the ring with Brock. He’s a big ol’ country boy and has such a great, legitimate background. He started as an amateur wrestler, all the way through the collegiate ranks, into the UFC, heavyweight champion. He’s dominated WWE for a long time. The only problem he has is Roman Reigns showed up and took over. It’s going to be great.”
There is also the chance of Reigns losing the title at the event, but it is very unlikely at this point in time. We’ll have to see what will happen in the end at WWE SummerSlam.
