Happy Corbin Claims Peyton Manning Is Rooting For Him Instead Of Pat McAfee

Pat McAfee didn’t waste any time in becoming one of the best things about Friday Night Smackdown. This is because of his solid skills as a commentator and his energetic personality. McAfee and Happy Corbin will battle at SummerSlam and Corbin made a bold claim ahead of that match.

McAfee became a fan-favorite thanks to his passion for pro wrestling, among other things, and the way he can hype up any given moment in WWE. Fans certainly appreciate him for that as well. He also knows how to insult Happy Corbin with chants like “Bum Ass Corbin” that he ph so masterfully orchestrates.

For the past few weeks, Pat McAfee and Happy Corbin have been engaged in a bitter feud as well. While speaking with Sports Illustrated, Corbin claimed that Peyton Manning will be rooting for Corbin at SummerSlam instead of Pat McAfee.

”Peyton’s work ethic is unmatched, but he is also one of the smartest players to ever play the game. His mind for sports is just unbelievable. When you got to Indy, they’d hand you one playbook, and then you’d get another with Peyton’s code words and his offensive structures. It’s really even more proof of how smart he is since he’s picking me to win.”

The former punter is currently scheduled to square off against Happy Corbin in a match at SummerSlam. We’ll have to wait and see how the match will turn out to be.
