Cody Rhodes became one of the mainstays of Monday Night RAW after returning to WWE at WrestleMania 38. He went on to have solid matches with Seth Rollins and elevated himself. He also addressed returning during the Royal Rumble match.

The American Nightmare was on a roll since his return, but has not been seen since Hell In A Cell due to injury. Fans are eagerly waiting for his comeback as well right now.

While speaking during the San Diego Comic-Con, Rhodes addressed the possibility of him returning during the Royal Rumble match next year. Rhodes did not necessarily shoot down the possibility.

“My Royal Rumble stats are top 10, they’re phenomenal. So if I was to come back at that event, there is a chance I could actually get up in the top five and I’m all about that …. You never know! We’ll see.”

Rhodes currently has the ninth-longest cumulative time spent in Royal Rumble matches. We will have to wait and see whether he will be able to make his triumphant return at the Royal Rumble match or not.
