AEW has a lot of titles, and that is something that the company has even been dragged for in the past. That being said, there’s always room for three more.
Kenny Omega’s in-ring skills have made him one of the most sought-after pro wrestlers in the entire industry right now. Omega has competed in several iconic matches over the past few years that only further increased his stock. AEW also has huge plans for him and The Young Bucks.
Kenny Omega has been out of action since AEW Full Gear last year, as he is currently recuperating from injuries. As previously reported, AEW planned a major angle with The Young Bucks that didn’t involve FTR.
According to a report by Fightful’s paywall, the “major angle” rumor is related to Omega and his return. Currently, there are plans for Omega and The Bucks to team up for a six-man tag team program for the All Out pay-per-view on September 4th.
It is not known whether it will be for the Trios title or not, but it is certainly a possibility. As reported, Omega is expected to return before AEW All Out, so a program during the event could definitely happen.
