WWE Pairs Up New Tag Team Before RAW

WWE brought the July 18th edition of Raw to Amalie Arena in Tampa, Florida. The company already advertised a couple of matches and segments for their flagship show this week. Before RAW started, the company put an interesting team together for Main Event.

WWE taped several matches before Raw tonight. The matches will air on WWE Main Event later this week. Sean Sapp reported from behind a paywall that WWE formed a new tag team for one of the matches on the Main Event.

Main Event Matches: Reggie vs. Akira Tozawa, and Mustafa Ali & Cedric Alexander vs. Alpha Academy are the Main Event Matches

Ali has been working Main Event as of late. He unsuccessfully challenged Theory for the United States at Hell in a Cell prior to his Main Event demotion. Keep reading Ringside News for more.
