Cora Jade was the breakout star on NXT 2.0 until Roxanne Perez arrived on the yellow brand. Perez won the NXT Women’s Breakout Tournament and got her shot against NXT Women’s Champion Mandy Rose. She was moments away from her big win tonight, but Jade costed her the opportunity.

Perez laid out Rose with her finisher outside the ring during the closing moments of the match. The young star pushed the champion inside but struggled to get inside the ropes due to the injury she had sustained prior to the match. Jade hit Perez with the strap which caused Rose to pick up the win.

Cora Jade took to Twitter and responded to the heel turn. Of course, fans had a lost of questions on their mind in the aftermath of the betrayal. Jade minced no words and told the fans that it has always been about her on NXT 2.0. Here’s the tweet.
