Eddie Kingston made his AEW debut back in July 2020, where he faced off against Cody Rhodes for the TNT Championship. While he was unsuccessful in the match, Kingston impressed many and signed with the company. There were also those who body-shamed Kingston. X-Pac also defended Eddie Kingston from body-shamers recently.

Kingston quickly cemented himself as one of the best talkers in AEW, as his promos are known to be from the heart and very natural. He is also very passionate when it comes to the pro wrestling world.

Recently, Eddie Kingston was subjected to a lot of body-shaming by those who believe anyone with a beer gut can’t be an athlete. X-Pac took to Twitter and defended Kingston from all the body-shaming as well.

Most of these criticisms come from people who don’t have the 1st clue what makes someone a good athlete. FYI: It has zero to do with whether or not you can see their 6 pack.

Eddie Kingston himself blasted body-shamers after they went after Adam Cole. Kingston is currently feuding with Chris Jericho and the rest of the Jericho Appreciation Society. We’ll have to see how the feud progresses in the coming weeks.
