Wardlow has been on a roll for the past few months, largely due to him getting over with fans. Mr. Mayhem has what it takes to make it big in the business, and AEW is trying to capitalize on that. He was dealing with MJF until their massive falling out, which was followed by a pipe bomb speech from the Salt of the Earth. Wardlow also claimed MJF’s behavior is unacceptable in general.

MJF and Wardlow were involved in a huge feud that truly became one of the biggest talking points in the company. This was mostly due to fans wondering if MJF would actually work the match. Wardlow defeated MJF in a huge way as he squashed him at AEW Double Or Nothing.

While speaking with “The Wrestling Classic” podcast, Wardlow talked about his time working with MJF. Wardlow claimed that MJF’s behavior in and out of the ring was unacceptable.

“We were together for three years, he was the first three years of my career, he was a big part of my career. So if anybody is allowed to touch on this subject, it probably is me. But I’ll just say this: He’s not a good person. He really is a piece of sh*t. It was not enjoyable working with him. He put me through more stress than anything. And his behavior, inside of the business and outside of the business, is unacceptable. But that’s all I’m going to say about that.”

Wardlow is set to challenge Scorpio Sky for the TNT Championship on this week’s episode of AEW Dynamite. That should be an interesting contest, because anything goes in that match. We’ll have to see whether he ends up winning the title or not.
