Tammy Lynn Sytch somehow always herself in trouble with the law for one reason or the other. The WWE Hall of Famer continues to make headlines for all the wrong reasons. She has also been approved for a public defender now.
As previously reported, Sytch was involved in a fatal three-car crash. The driver of the vehicle hit by Sytch, identified as Julian Lafrancis Lasseter Jr. of Daytona Beach Shores, was transported to Halifax Health Medical Center where he was pronounced dead.
This led to her getting arrested, and that was just the start. It was also reported that Steven deLaroche, who was representing her, requested to withdraw from the case. This led to her requesting a public defender in her case because she is broke.
According to PW Insider, Sytch has been approved for a public defender in her DUI case. It was further added that her next pre-trial hearing is scheduled for August 11th.

PWInsider.com has also learned the State of Pennsylvania issued a delinquency notice to Sytch, informing her that she was now 1,183 Days Overdue in making payments towards her court costs in relation to her 2015 and 2016 DUI arrests in that State. With penalties, Sytch now owes $4,544.30 to Carbon County in the Keystone State. This would be the third delinquency notice issued to Sytch by Pennsylvania. Sytch last made a payment back on 6/15/20 totaling $120.
Tammy Lynn Sytch is simply a problematic person through and through. Many fans want her locked up in jail for a long time, which very well could happen. It remains to be seen whether she will spend the rest of her life behind bars or not. For the meantime, she will remain incarcerated.
