Rhea Ripley was penciled in to challenge Bianca Belair for the Raw Women’s Championship at Money in the Bank premium live event on July 2nd. Ripley, however, suffered a brain injury and had to be replaced by Carmella.

Ripley took to Twitter on Wednesday and shared an emotional message after a fan said she should be abused. The Raw superstar called out fans for wishing harm on pro wrestlers.

Hi, Demi here…. Ya know, the real life human inside Rhea Ripley. Just wanted to point out that WRESTLERS & any form of ENTERTAINER is a real life human off screen. Don’t wish harm on ANYONE. Don’t wish for anyone to be BURIED. Don’t wish for anyone to be FIRED. F’N disgrace.

WWE knew they needed to pull Ripley from the match weeks ago. Therefore, the decision to pull Ripley from the match was one they knew was coming. Keep reading Ringside News for more!
