WWE Hall of Famer Kurt Angle is most definitely one of the most established pro wrestlers to have ever competed inside the ring. He has accomplished a lot in WWE, being a multi-time World Champion. He also inspired Adam Cole in a huge way.

The Wrestling Machine has faced off against the best of the best the pro wrestling world has to offer. He has also inspired numerous current pro wrestlers over the years.

While speaking on The Kurt Angle Show, Adam Cole revealed that wrestled from sixth grade to high school because of Kurt Angle.

“Reading his book, hearing about all the training he would do, getting five hours of sleep, being involved in so many different clubs, and training twice a day, I’m like, this is what I want to do. I want to be this guy who works his tail off to get to his goals. At the end of the day, I knew that I wanted to be a pro wrestler. So I actually started wrestling in middle school, in high school because of Kurt.”
