There are a few constants in life, and one of them includes Tammy Lynn Sytch finding herself in trouble with the law for one reason or the other. The WWE Hall of Famer continues to make headlines for all the wrong reasons. She also wants a public defender now.
As previously reported, Sytch was involved in a fatal three-car crash. The driver of the vehicle hit by Sytch, identified as Julian Lafrancis Lasseter Jr. of Daytona Beach Shores, was transported to Halifax Health Medical Center where he was pronounced dead. Now she’s booked on DUI manslaughter, a charge she pleaded not guilty to.
Stych was arrested for this as well. She made bail, but then it was revoked, because a judge deemd her a danger to the community. It was also reported that Steven deLaroche, who was representing her, requested to withdraw from the case. According to PW Insider, Sytch is requesting a public defender in her case because she is broke.
Tammy Sytch filed a petition with Volusia County Court in Florida on 6/30, seeking to be given “criminal indigent status”, meaning that since she is without sufficient income to afford a lawyer for defense in her criminal case, she is requesting a public defender to assist her in her DUI-related criminal case.
In her petition seeking a public defender, Sytch stated that she has $2,500 in bank accounts, has zero income and has “total liabilities and debts” totaling $28,000. There is no word if those debts would include the fees and penalties she owes to courts in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Sytch had been running an OnlyFans page at the time of her arrest.
Sunny was once doing well for herself and making a killing on OnlyFans. She obviously didn’t save her money, and now all of her followers on OnlyFans have received refunds at this point.
Her long history of criminal behavior and driving under the influence makes it seem as if she will be in jail for a very long time. We’ll have to wait and see whether she will spend the rest of her life behind bars or not.
