Cody Rhodes made huge headlines after he fought tooth and nail with Seth Rollins. The WWE superstar apparently tore his pectoral muscle, but still put on an action packed show. Many professionals and superstars gave him massive props for his performance.

Bianca Belair is one of the most ambitious stars in the WWE Women’s Division. While she is extremely accomplished in her WWE career, she wants to take it up a few notches.

Belair recently suggested that she wants WWE to start doing inter-gender matches. However, with Rhodes’ sacrifice and performance in mind, she thinks she could put on a match like that if she had a torn pec. She said that Rhodes’ performance was inspiring.

The thing is, when you’re passionate about something, you love something, nothing’s gonna get in your way of that. So that’s what I saw with Cody, he loves WWE, he loves the business, and nothing’s gonna get in the way of that. Like I said, when you’re on this platform, you have so many people watching you, you’re inspiring so many people, you feel like you don’t want to let them down either. So, you know, in hindsight, yeah, it’s a lot easier to look back and say, ‘I don’t know if that was a good idea.; It was hard watching that match. But to see him overcome all of that, I mean, there’s no the word but inspiring to describe that.

The WWE superstar then added that she could power through an injury if the situation ever arose. She revealed that during her WrestleMania 37 match with Becky Lynch, she got hit in the eye, but still she persevered.

Oh, I’m powering through it. I mean, Wrestlemania, 37, Becky Lynch, I got I took a whole boot to — Becky Lynch hit me. I was like, ‘dang,’ like, Becky with the big boots right to the eye. I still have a black eye a little bit. It’s been almost three months. The whole time during my I was totally shut the next day. The whole time during the match, I never had a thought to stop during the match and like, Nope, we keep going. So that’s kind of the attitude that you have, we just keep pushing through.”

Bianca Belair is extremely accomplished. She had one of the best runs in the main roster that other superstars could only dream to have. If she thinks she can power through an injury during a match, she’s probably right.
