Miro made his debut in AEW back in 2020 and there were a lot of expectations from him as he had proven to be a great performer. After struggling in the beginning, Miro came into his own as The Redeemer, winning the TNT Championship. He also blamed Sammy Guevara for a good reason.

Miro held the title for 140 days until dropping it to Sammy Guevara on the on September 29th episode of AEW Dynamite last year. Since then, Guevara held the title a couple of times and was involved in a feud that fans did not like.

While speaking to What Culture, Miro talked about his reign as the TNT Champion. He then proceeded to blame Sammy Guevara for devaluing the TNT Championship.

“I don’t even take fault of that, but I take fault — I take a fault of maybe being too good of a champion because ever since I lost that title, that title has gone to sh*ts and that’s nothing but to blame Sammy Guevara for that, so he’s got to bear the cross for that.”
