Johnny Gargano Says Goodbye To Chicago Before AEW X NJPW Forbidden Door

Tonight is a big night for pro wrestling fans as AEW and New Japan Pro Wrestling are bringing Forbidden Door to the United Center in Chicago. The main show will start at 8:00 p.m. ET.

Tonight’s show will feature another debut. The new signing will show up in singles match against Zack Sabre Jr. The NJPW star was originally supposed to face Bryan Danielson at Forbidden Door.

The mystery opponent is heavily rumored to be Claudio Castagnoli aka Cesaro. The Swiss Superman was said to be training at Flatbacks in Orlando multiple times over the last several weeks.

Some fans believe that it’ll be Johnny Gargano and not Cesaro who’ll make his AEW debut against Zack Sabre Jr. at Forbidden Door. Speaking of Gargano, the former NXT star posted a picture of him leaving Chicago ahead of Forbidden Door.
