Adam Page lost the AEW World Championship at Double Or Nothing, as he was unable to defeat CM Punk. Since then, fans have wondered what the company has planned for the Cowboy. He also reacted to Kazuchika Okada’s AEW debut.

After some uncertainty, it was made apparent that Page would be in a program with Okada. On this week’s episode of AEW Dynamite, Okada made his debut and saved Page from Adam Cole and Jay White.

While speaking to Wrestling Inc ahead of Forbidden Door, Adam Page reacted to Kazuchika Okada’s AEW debut. Page said that it was a special moment that he was glad to be a part of.

AEW has been around for three years. I think probably a lot of fans have been waiting for the moment the coins drop and they did, you know? I didn’t see it coming, though I had been hoping for it and they did. So, really special, really glad to be a part of that to welcome him to All Elite Wrestling.”
