Huge Spoiler On WWE’s Plan For Ronda Rousey On SmackDown

Ronda Rousey won the SmackDown Women’s Championship from Charlotte Flair at WrestleMania Backlash. She will defend her title against Natalya at Money in the Bank premium live event.

Sean Sapp reported from behind Fightful’s paywall that WWE will run an angle between Rousey and Natalya on SmackDown tonight ahead of the July 2nd premium live event.

Tonight’s Smackdown is pushing towards Money in the Bank, but the Natalya vs. Ronda Rousey angle will feature…..a segment. As of Thursday, plans called for a wrestler to appear on Smackdown dressed as Ronda Rousey in all of her gear.

However, there was to be a baby stroller and a fake baby added, at least as the creative plans called for it. Drew McIntyre, Sheamus, Xavier, New Day, Street Profits, Roman Reigns and others are set for tonight’s show. We’ll have more plans for the show as the show gets closer.

Tonight’s SmackDown will also feature an Intercontinental Championship match between Gunther and Ricochet. Tune into Ringside News for live coverage of June 24th edition of SmackDown.
