The problems keep adding up for Tammy Lynn Sytch in her ongoing DUI manslaughter case. After several online meltdowns, Sytch was finally arrested for the accident that killed a 75-year-old man. Now, Tammy’s attorney is looking for a way out of the case.
Mike Johnson of PW Insider has reported that Steven deLaroche has been representing the WWE Hall of Famer as her criminal defense attorney. He has filed paperwork in a Florida court requestion his permission to withdraw from the case. There were several reasons cited in the petition.
Tammy Lynn Sytch’s attorney said that an impasse has been reached about the handling of the case. He believes it is now impossible to work with the former Sunny as a client. deLaroche also stated that Tammy Sytch has failed to comply with the terms of her employment agreement with him.
“- An impasse has been reached in the handling of the case, making it impossible for the client and attorney to continue to work cooperatively on the case.
-The client has not complied with the terms of the employment agreement with this attorney.
-The client will not be prejudiced if the undersigned is permitted to withdraw.”
The court has not yet ruled on Steven deLaroche’s petition to withdraw. Tammy Sytch has been in jail for 39 days while awaiting trial. Her long history of criminal behavior and driving under the influence has led many to believe that Sytch could spend a very long time behind bars. Right now, she may need to focus on finding a new lawyer.
