WWE Hall Of Famer Alundra Blayze was a trailblazer for women’s wrestling back in the day. She had competed all around the world, especially in Japan and established herself as one of the all-time greats. Thunder Rosa also wants to retire her.
Blayze is a three-time WWE Women’s Champion and a former WCW Cruiserweight Champion. She also made her first appearance in All Elite Wrestling on August 22, 2020, as a presenter for the AEW Women’s Tag Team Cup Tournament.
While speaking with The Asylum Wrestling Store, Thunder Rosa revealed that she wants to be the one to retire Alundra Blayze.
”I’m gonna retire Madusa, just said it… Yeah, she knows that. She’s a good friend. Definitely, I would like to retire her for sure.”
Thunder Rosa will put her AEW Women’s World Title on the line against Toni Storm at the Forbidden Door event on June 26 in Chicago, Illinois. We’ll have to see if she will be able to retain the title or not.
