Paige Open To Working For AEW If The Money Is Right

Paige will be officially leaving WWE on July 7. The company decided not to re-new her contract after using the former Divas Champion very sporadically over the last two years. Many fans have been wondering if she might turn up elsewhere.

Paige took to her Twitch stream to discuss the big news with fans recently. During her stream, she was asked several questions about her future. Paige said she wants to return to the ring soon, and hinted that AEW could be the place.

When she was asked about working outside of WWE, particularly for AEW, Paige did not say no. She stated when asked about AEW that if the money was right, she’d be willing to jump ship. That has fans all over the internet buzzing about the possibility.

“Sure, if the money is right.”

Paige was forced into retirement after WWE doctors refused to clear her after a neck injury. She has said that she feels great and believes an in-ring return is only a matter of time. With AEW in need of big names and talented wrestlers for their women’s division, it could be a perfect fit.

Of course, Paige laughed after making the statement about the money being right. As of now, nothing is set in stone.
