AEW has a few former stars out there, because Tony Khan hasn’t cut too many people. It appears that one former star is set to make their mark in Impact Wrestling.

Jack Evans was one of the original tag team stars signed to AEW since its inception in 2019. He debuted with Angelico and was part of numerous solid matches, but never quite made an impact. He will now be heading to Impact Wrestling.

Evans revealed that his AEW contract was not being renewed after it expired in April. Evans admitted that the salary he got from AEW made him way too soft.

According to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Jack Evans will be making his way to Impact Wrestling soon. Fans believe that he will find better luck there as well.

Evans had high expectations when he joined AEW and they didn’t go the way he wanted. Now it remains to be seen how he will fare in Impact Wrestling. Perhaps that company will be his true calling.
