Toni Storm Wondered If People Cared Where She Did ‘Fake Wrestling Moves’ Before WWE Exit

Toni Storm found success during her time in WWE, but that was largely in NXT UK. She also had a memorable run in NXT as fans just wanted to see her thrive. Storm felt sick and miserable in WWE everyday.

Storm didn’t have a decent on the WWE main roster, as her feud with Charlotte Flair largely made her a joke. Toni Storm ultimately was done with WWE and left without giving any prior notice to anyone.

While speaking on a recent episode of The Sessions, Toni Storm talked about her WWE exit. Storm revealed that she felt miserable and sick every day in WWE.

Over time there was so much f*ckery, so much bullsh*t. Each to their own, some people don’t get that and some people do and I was just sick of it and tired. What am I doing this for? What am I trying to prove to anyone? Do people really care where I go to do fake wrestling moves? Do people really care that bad that I have to be miserable day in, day out? I was unhappy and why should I be unhappy? So I could do WrestleMania? That’s nice and everything but I’m still going to be miserable the next day.”

Storm also left WWE because she felt they didn’t care about her. Storm is currently working in AEW and is more than happy there. For her, that’s all that matters right now
