WWE SmackDown Sees Nice Viewership Increase With Hell In A Cell Go-Home Episode

WWE brought the go-home episode of SmackDown before Hell in a Cell. They added a couple of matches to the event as well, but how did the viewership turn out?

According to Spoiler TV, June 3rd’s episode of WWE SmackDown brought in an overnight average of 1.8465 million viewers with a .4 in the 18 to 49 demographic.

The May 27th episode of SmackDown brought in 1.778 million viewers with a .4 in the 18 to 49 demographic.

May 20th’s edition of Friday Night SmackDown brought in an overnight average of 2 million viewers with a .40 in the 18 to 49 demographic.

The May 13th episode of SmackDown brought in 1.7955 million viewers with a .4 in the 18 to 49 demographic.

May 6th’s episode of WWE SmackDown brought in 1.919 million viewers with a .4 in the 18 to 49 demographic.

The April 29th episode of SmackDown brought in an overnight average of 1.8585 million viewers with a .35 in the 18 to 49 demographic. The viewership was up a bit, but the demographic was down. That just shows that a pre-taped show doesn’t really do much damage.

April 22nd’s edition of SmackDown brought in an overnight average of 1.805 million viewers with .40 in the 18 to 49 demographic.

The April 16th edition of WWE Friday Night SmackDown brought in 2.055 million viewers with a .4 in the 18 to 49 demographic.

April 8th’s episode of SmackDown brought in 2.0995 million viewers and a .55 in the 18 to 49 demographic for the fallout after WrestleMania.

The April 1st edition of Friday Night SmackDown pulled in 2.36 million viewers with a .61 in the 18 to 49 demographic. This is a tremendous improvement from the previous week and it was a good sign for the WWE Hall of Fame that followed.
