MJF has not been fired from AEW, despite his best attempt at gaining a release from Tony Khan’s company. The Salt of the Earth’s microphone was cut off right after he called TK a “f*cking mark” and then CM Punk chased him off. That being said, apparently Ryback heard something.

Ryback is known to troll WWE in a huge way, but he might have upped his game as he soft snitched on them for contract tampering. Then again, contract tampering is the kind of thing with many loopholes.

The Big Guy spread an unfounded rumor that he probably made up about Vince McMahon wanting MJF to come in at his “non drug tested current weight” to face Cody Rhodes and Seth Rollins at SummerSlam. Apparently, Bruce Prichard and Johnny Ace have been in touch with Maxwell Jacob Friedman.

Rumor has it @VinceMcMahon is trying to find a way to bring @The_MJF in and keep him on his non drug tested current weight to feud against Cody and Seth for SummerSlam. This is strictly rumor from my “sources”’ but I’ve been assured him and Prichard/Big Johnny have had discussions

We have not heard anything to substantiate this rumor. That being said, if Tony Khan really fires MJF then AEW doesn’t seem to have any non-compete clauses in their deals. Of course, we also have to take into consideration that this whole MJF situation is a total work despite the company’s best attempts to make it seem real by removing him from their roster page, online store, and unfollowing him on social media.
