Dexter Lumis was one of the best things about NXT television for a long time, especially due to his entertaining storyline with Indi Hartwell. In spite of that, Lumis and nine other NXT stars were released by WWE a month ago. Lumis is now ready to make his first appearance since his WWE release.

The former WWE Superstar had a series of memorable matches with the likes of Roderick Strong and Theory. He was featured in solid feuds as well during his time in NXT.

It was said that he was released because of his age. He now goes by the name Samuel Shaw and it was recently announced that he will be making his return to the NWA during the Alwayz Ready PPV on June 11. It will be his first appearance in a pro wrestling promotion since his WWE release.

Breaking: We’ve received word that on June 11th, Samuel Shaw will be at #ALWAYZREADY

No word yet on his plans although we’ve been informed he WILL be ready to compete. But in what match?

Shaw also looked very ripped in a recent photo as well. We’ll have to see who Shaw’s opponent will be at the event. Fans are simply glad to see him back in the ring and that’s all that matters.
