MJF’s ongoing rivalry with All Elite Wrestling continues to captivate fans. What started out as a no-show at the Double or Nothing fan fest in Las Vegas has turned into one of the hottest storylines in pro wrestling. After MJF’s wild promo on this week’s Dynamite, the promotion is really leaning into things.

AEW recently pulled MJF’s merchandise from their online store. Friedman was removed from AEW’s official roster page. The company is now doing even more to create buzz about MJF’s status.

All official AEW social media accounts have stopped following MJF. Additionally, the company has been sending copyright strikes to fans who share Max’s promo from Dynamite on social outlets. Tony Khan is doing his best to make fans believe this is all a real-life situation, regardless of its origins.

There was a ton of speculation after MJF no-showed his meet and greet obligation on Saturday night. Fans, journalists, and even wrestlers had no idea what was going on. Many were surprised when he showed up to wrestle his scheduled match against Wardlow.

We will have to stay tuned to see what comes next in the MJF – AEW drama. Tony Khan is going out of his way to make it seem like a broken relationship. Time will tell if MJF has anything else up his sleeve for a future episode of Dynamite or Rampage.
