Tammy Lynn Sytch is one of the most controversial stars to come out of the squared circle. Tammy, who is known to pro wresting fans as Sunny, was involved in a car accident that resulted in the death of a 75-year-old man who was standing at a traffic light. The case recently took an interesting turn.

Sytch, who worked in multiple wrestling promotions including WWE, has pleaded not guilty to the DUI manslaughter in Florida. According to PW Insider, the former pro wrestling valet pleaded not guilty to multiple counts during the hearing held at the S. James Foxman Justice Center in Daytona Beach.

WWE Hall of Famer Tammy “Sunny” Sytch officially plead not guilty today to one count of DUI causing death (DUI Manslaughter, a felony in the third degree), one count of causing death while operating a vehicle with a suspended or revoked driver’s license (a felony in the third degree), four counts of DUI causing injury to a person, and three counts of DUI causing damage to property.

The victim’s family filed a lawsuit but process server told the court during a previous hearing that they couldn’t press the lawsuit against Sytch because she was incarcerated.
