We’re back for another episode of WWE RAW and this one will serve as the go-home show before Hell In A Cell. As such, Cody Rhodes will respond to Seth Rollins’s attack last week. The two men will be the only Hell In A Cell match on the show – unless something new is announced this week – and should serve as the main event considering Roman Reigns won’t be competing.
Elsewhere tonight. Bobby Lashley and Omos will sign the contract for their third and final encounter, The Uso’s face Riddle and Shinsuke Nakamura in a Championship Contender’s match, Lacey Evans makers her in-ring return, and Bianca Belair faces Asuka less than a week before she defends her RAW Women’s Championship against the Empress of Tomorrow and Big Time Becks in a Triple Threat.
And that’s the preview for tonight’s RAW. Our live coverage will begin from 8PM right here. Let us know if you’re excited about any of it and remember to hit the refresh link below and enjoy the show!
This week’s RAW opens with Big Time Becks making her way to the ring where she will be watching the first match of the night.
Lynch gets in the ring as we see a replay as to how she got herself into the RAW Women’s Championship match at Hell In A Cell. Lynch welcomes us to Monday Night RAW and says, truth be told, she hasn’t felt up to coming out and putting on a brave face without her title. Especially when so many of the fan craved her downfall. Luckily for her, she doesn’t run on what the fans want, she runs on spite and coffee and she’s all fuelled up.
Lynch says she collects enemies and she will continue to collect them as she rises to the top. And she’s only days away from getting back to the top. At Money In The Bank, 2020, Asuka won the briefcase atop Titan Towers. Then she gave Asuka her Women’s Championship as she went off to create life like the God she is. And she did so under the impression that she would come back and reclaim her title and never let it go. But now she sees she created an entitled monster who thinks they should be handed opportunities.
The Empress of Tomorrow comes out and calls Becky a “big time baby”. Asuka pretends to cry and shouts at her in Japanese. She says no-one is ready for Asuka, not Bianca and not Becky because at Hell In A Cell she will be the new RAW Women’s Champion. Bianca Belair comes out next and says they’re both crying too much. She isn’t complaining that she has to defend her title in a Triple Threat, it is what it is.
Bianca likes to do her talking in the ring. Belair respects Asuka but last week Asuka kicked her, so tonight she’s going to have something to say. And Becky? She’s got a lot to get off her chest on Sunday. And she doesn’t care what her odds are on Sunday, but she knows she will 100% be retaining the title. Becky jabs Belair, then all three women start brawling. Belair throws Becky to the apron and Asuka knocks her off.

Cody Rhodes makes his way to the ring. He’ll be responding to Seth Rollins’s attack last week.
*Commercial Break*
Cody is in the ring and he says he has always been a fan of Seth Rollins. From the first time he saw him he saw the potential. His father also saw that potential. He told Cody all about the special abilities Seth had that would make him a generational talent. And obviously Rollins has lived up to all that hype. So imagine his surprise when he got the call to face Seth at WrestleMania… he was nervous.
After leaving he could not return to WWE with a loss, and he didn’t. And when they ran it back he won again. Losing twice has drove Seth Rollins mad. He’s an egomaniac and he wants everything for himself, but that’s what makes him dangerous. On Sunday he walks into the biggest challenge of his career and he needs Seth to know that all of his respect and all of his self controll will be locked outside the Cell. Rollins will be locked inside with a man that wantto hurt him.
Rollins’s music hits and he comes out through the crowd. Rollins says Cody can wax poetic all night long about his motivations but it’s very simple: he doesn’t like Cody. He doesn’t want him in WWE, he tried to accept the new version of him but every week the pandering got worse and the chants got louder, and now all he hears is “Cody!” He can’t stand it any longer. Rollins says Cody left six years ago because he wasn’t good enough.
And every day that Cody was gone, him and his little friends tried to tear down what he was building. And when that didn’t work out, he came running back to fulfill the family legacy. Not on his watch. He doesn’t get to be the conquering hero in his kingdom. He can’t take a sledgehammer to the throne, then come back and try to take the throne. He doesn’t like him and he doesn’t want him in WWE.
In six days, inside Hell In A Cell he’s going to pray on his insecurities and he’s going to end him. And then they can all wake up from this American nightmare. Rhodes asks what is stopping him from running up into the crowd right now? As polite as he’s been, the time for talk is over. Rhodes tells Seth to come down to the ring and talk face-to-face, then takes his jacket and tie off. Rollins starts down the stairs but stops at the barricade and laughs.
Cody jumps over the barricade and they start brawling in the crowd! They punch and slam each other into the hockey boards. Rollins pokes the eyes and lifts him up but Cody slides off and tackles him through the barricade! Cody gets on top of Seth and punches him until officials come down and separate them. Rollins breaks free and jumps on Cody again but they’re pulled apart by a dozen officials. Cody then breaks free and he attacks Rollins until they’re pulled apart and the fans are chanting “this is awesome”.

Pearce asks them to sit and sign the contract and all three men stare at each other for a minute before taking their seats. MVP says it should never have come to this. He got Lashley everything he wanted, things he didn’t even know he wanted. Well on Sunday there are no rules to protect Lashley and he’s going to destroy him with the Nigerian Nightmare. MVP says the All Mighty era exists because of him and it’s nothing without him, so it’s only fitting it ends on Sunday.
Lashley says that’s a nice little story but MVP has it all wrong. He never needed MVP. He realised MVP is just a leech. MVP yells at him to shut up and sign the damn contract.
