Bivens arrived during Jade Cargill and Anna Jay’s match for the AEW TBS Championship. Bivens, now going by his real name of Stokely Hathaway, revealed him to be the manager of the Baddie Section.
Hathaway was in the middle of a storyline when he was released from his WWE NXT contract. He later confirmed that he turned down a contract renewal from WWE. The company decided to let him go because he wasn’t interested in staying.
Many in NXT were of the opinion that Bivens would sign with AEW after his non-compete clause period expired. He’s officially All Elite. We’ll have to wait and see what’s next in store for Bivens.
