Veda Scott Marries “Speedball” Mike Bailey

Veda Scott and “Speedball” Mike Bailey got engaged in November of 2020. The famous wrestling couple had to wait out a pandemic and two very busy schedules, but they finally tied the knot. Veda and Mike are now officially husband and wife.

Veda announced the big news on social media this morning. The couple were all smiles as they shared their “I do’s.” Veda then celebrated like a true champion.

“Reader, I married him.”

Veda has been involved in the pro wrestling business since 2011. Scott made a name for herself in the highly regarded Shimmer women’s wrestling promotion. From there, she had successful stints with Ring of Honor, TNA, and even worked commentary for AEW’s Women’s Tag Team Cup Tournament.

Mike Bailey is one of the hottest names in wrestling outside of WWE and AEW. “Speedball” worked his way through the ranks through Combat Zone Wrestling, Progress, Rev Pro, and Ring of Honor before ultimately signing with Impact Wrestling in 2021 and debuting in 2022. He has received rave reviews for his work there.

Veda Scott has recently been doing a lot of commentary gigs. Veda is one of the most talented and versatile personalities in the business, and so is her new husband. The pair is one of the true unsung power couples of pro wrestling. Congratulations are in order for this wonderful couple!
