Tammy Sytch has had a rocky past few weeks, but it only matched her past few years. Sytch, known to pro wrestling fans as Sunny, was involved in a car accident that resulted in the death of a 75-year-old man who was standing at a traffic light. Now she is sitting in jail after having her bond revoked as a judge deemed her a threat to the community.
According to PW Insider, the WWE Hall of Famer cannot be served with a lawsuit pressed by the estate of Julian Lasseter, who passed away back in March during the fatal traffic incident involving Sytch in Ormond Beach, Florida.
The process server told the court that they intended to bring the lawsuit at Sytch’s home in New Jersey but couldn’t because she’s currently behind bars in Florida.
Records related to the lawsuit note that the suit is now seeking in excess of $100,000. Sytch and Pente have not responded to the lawsuit as of yet. What will most likely happen is that Sytch will be served in Florida as soon as the process server figures out where she is.
The former WWE star was sent to jail two weeks ago after decided that she was too big of a risk to the community to be a free person. Sytch is facing nine charges stemming from the death of Julian Lasseter. We’ll have to wait and see what’s next in store for her.
