Kayla Braxton has always been a straight shooter on social media. The popular WWE interviewer and host recently expressed what she feels is a major safety concern. When some fans responded by saying Kayla was acting privileged, Braxton took to her defense with a fiery reply.
Braxton noted that hotel staff saying her room number out loud when she is checking in makes her vulnerable. There have been plenty of documented instances of stalking when it comes to WWE superstars. The complaint seemed reasonable and prudent.
One fan posted a response referring to Kayla Braxton’s complaint as “1st world problems.” Kayla fired back, explaining that the very people who troll WWE superstars in this way are the ones they have to worry about. She then went on to explain her well-justified concerns.
“I’m sick of getting these responses to my tweet yesterday about hotels. Do you know the amount of people who have been followed, robbed or worse. Its not about being famous. It’s about safety. Those of you responding this way are probably the ones we have to [worry] about.
When we have talent who have had people show up to their homes to harm them, talent jumped at a show, stalked on the street, followed to our hotel rooms – we have a right to request privacy and respect. The lack of boundaries and brains some of you have is concerning.”
WWE superstars are constantly on the road in unfamiliar environments. All Kayla Braxton is looking for is some privacy and common-sense security measures. She has no time for fans who show no concern for their favorite TV personalities’ safety.
