Confirmation That Sasha Banks & Naomi Are Not On The Road With WWE

Sasha Banks and Naomi shook the wrestling world after they walked out on this week’s episode of Monday Night Raw. Many fans were expecting WWE to turn the whole thing into an angle. If that does turn out to be the case, it does not look like it will be this week.

As first reported by Brad Shepard, Sasha Banks and Naomi were pulled from the road. Now it appears we have confirmation of that.

It had been previously reported that Sasha Banks and Naomi were pulled from the road by WWE. Sasha Banks’ husband denied that was the case via Twitter. Now, Mike Johnson of PW Insider has reported that Sasha and Naomi will not be at tonight’s SmackDown in Grand Rapids, Michigan.

“Naomi’s husband Jimmy Uso is in Michigan for the taping tonight but Naomi did not travel with him, according to WWE sources.

Sasha Banks has not been seen in Michigan, and a long-time Elite subscriber sent word last night that Banks was on the same flight as her going to Minneapolis from Orlando.”

Naomi’s absence was confirmed by WWE sources. The Sasha Banks side came from a fan report and should be taken with a grain of salt. If she doesn’t show up tonight, it will only further confirm the fact that they are not traveling with the company.

The only way to know for sure is to tune in to WWE SmackDown. The show kicks off at 8 PM on Fox. Those who can’t watch can stay tuned to Ringside News for full results as they happen.
