The world of pro wrestling is an unpredictable one as injuries could happen at any given instance. Paige had to retire after she was kicked from the back by Sasha Banks during a 2017 WWE MSG Show. She has other things to keep her busy and in spite of that, but she hinted at being Ronda Rousey’s manager recently.
Paige hasn’t been on WWE television in well over 750 days now as well. WWE recently took to Twitter and asked fans who they would like to see challenge Ronda Rousey for her Smackdown Women’s Title.
The first-ever NXT Women’s Champion saw the tweet and decided to reply to it, as she hinted at being Ronda Rousey’s manager in the company.
Manager maybe?
Back in July 2021, Paige gave fans a sign of hope as she stated that her neck was feeling awesome after an impressive gym workout. Paige then kept on teasing an in-ring return. Then Ringside News exclusively reported that there were never any plans for Paige to make a return during that time.
Paige might be a great fit for Ronda Rousey. She used to manage the Kabuki Warriors in WWE. On top of that, she was also the General Manager of Friday Night Smackdown, so she certainly has credentials. Paige and Ronda Rousey are also quite friendly and share a video game bond. We’ll have to see if Paige ends up managing Ronda Rousey or not. In the meantime, keep checking back with Ringside News for more!
