Matt Hardy Says WWE Inducting Hardy Boys Into Hall Of Fame Would Be Fitting

Matt Hardy has a deep understanding of the world of professional wrestling. He is synonymous with tag team wrestling thanks to his tag team with his brother Jeff. Matt Hardy also believes it’d be fitting if The Hardys get inducted into the WWE Hall Of Fame.

WWE would release Jeff Hardy last year, something that truly shocked the pro wrestling world to its core. Jeff Hardy even rejected an offer to get inducted into the WWE Hall Of Fame prior to his release.

While speaking on “The Extreme Life of Matt Hardy,” Matt Hardy stated that he thinks it would be fitting for him and Jeff Hardy to get inducted into the WWE Hall Of Fame.

“I think so. I feel very confident about that. I think that would be fitting, and I think obviously, we’re a deserving team. Jeff would be deserving on his own. I think there’s a lot of cases that can be made that I’m very deserving on my own as well. I feel like the most fitting person to induct us would be the guy who we learned the most from, who really helped us when we first started becoming a success in pro wrestling, and that would be Michael P.S. Hayes.”

Matt and Jeff Hardy are certainly happy working in AEW right now, where they are likely to end their careers. We’ll have to see whether The Hardys will get inducted into the WWE Hall Of Fame. Many fans would agree that they more than deserve it.
