All Elite Wrestling has come a long way since its inception in 2019, the promotion is often regarded as WWE’s rival. We have seen many WWE legends appear in Tony Khan’s company. In a recent interview, Brutus Beefcake about if he will appear in AEW.
Brutus “The Barber” Beefcake spoke with Wrestling Inc, where the WWE Hall of Famer was asked if he plans to join AEW. In response, Beefcake said that he is still a WWE guy, meaning that he doesn’t see himself joining Jacksonville based wrestling promotion.
“Not really, I am still really kind of a WWE guy pretty much,” he stated. “I mean, helping out the guys as the comish, I am sure is not going to cause any problems. My grandson, Gino, he’s got a thing for an AEW guy, the Jungle Boy. I’ve watched some of his matches, and I actually met him at WrestleCon in Dallas, he was a real nice kid, looking forward to seeing how he’s going to fare.
Although Brutus has no interest in making an appearance at AEW, he greatly admires the competition in the wrestling business. Not to mention that Brutus really wants to see how AEW’s Jungle Boy fares in the future.
