WWE has been shaking up their corporate structure for well over a year. Sweeping layoffs in 2021 meant there were plenty of positions to fill or find replacements for in Stamford. WWE has now taken a step towards doing just that.

The company issued a press release announcing that Suzette Ramirez-Carr has been named WWE’s new Chief Human Resources Officer. Ramirez-Carr has nearly three decades of executive experience. She previously worked for the prestigious United Talent Agency. Now, she will be in charge of personel at the biggest wrestling company in the world.

In the release, Suzette Ramirez-Carr gave a statement. She is excited to join the company. Ramirez-Carr believes WWE is a world-class employer with world-class workers.

“It is a privilege to join WWE and work with the exceptional team in place to build and support its world-class employee base.”

In her new position, Suzette Ramirez-Carr will oversee talent acquisition, employee experience, development and engagement, and HR operations and training. The University of Michigan graduate brings years of experience to the role. Vince McMahon said Suzette’s experience will be invaluable.

With the amount of turnover in the company, Ramirez-Carr will surely be busy. She is excited about the opportunity. Vince McMahon will have plenty for his latest corporate hire to do as WWE continues to grow and plan for the future.
