Mia Yim had a lot of potential in WWE, as she had a solid run in NXT. Unfortunately for her, that was all derailed after she was called up to the main roster. Mia Yim was released by WWE on November 4 of last year after being drafted to Monday Night RAW. Now she is back with Impact Wrestling, but how long is that going to last?
Mia made her triumphant return to IMPACT Wrestling during their Under Siege special on Saturday, May 7th. She took out Deonna Purrazzo and defended AAA Reina de Reinas Champion Taya Valkyrie.
As previously reported, Mia Yim signed a contract with IMPACT Wrestling. According to Fightful Select, Mia Yim has signed a contract for only six months, which is shorter than expected.
The contract will keep her with the company through the Bound For Glory pay-per-view in October. It was also said that both sides are not against a contract extension in the future.
We will have to wait and see whether Mia Yim will stay with Impact Wrestling for a long time or not. In the end, she could also go to AEW and be with her husband Keith Lee. Keep checking back with Ringside News for more!
