WWE has a tendency to shake up the rosters with a yearly draft. Then again, Vince McMahon can also freely trade Superstars throughout the year, but the WWE Draft is always an exciting event full of unknown twists and turns. WWE already has a timeframe in mind for this year’s draft.
Vince McMahon’s company has typically held ther drafts in the fall and this year will be no different. That being said, the WWE Universe still has a few months left with these current rosters until they move people around.
Ringside News was told that WWE is planning the 2022 WWE Draft for September. As with anything else in the company, that can always change, but this seems like the solid game plan. Last year’s WWE Draft date was moved a couple of times.
WWE Superstars have no idea what will happen during the draft to a large extent. Some main event names are clued in, but others have no idea. Vince McMahon like to capture an organic reaction during draft time, especially when he’s breaking up a tag team out of the blue.
We’ll have to see what WWE does to prepare fans for the next draft. Keep checking back with Ringside News as we continue monitoring this ongoing story.
