Malcolm Bivens was reportedly released from the WWE NXT contract today along with Dakota Kai and so many others. Now he is breaking his silence.
According to Fightful, Malcolm wanted to leave whereas there has been no word on why Kai has been released. Malcolm posted a video on Twitter where he reacted to his release and mentioned one thing that he will miss the most.
“Hi, I felt the need to say something,” he started. ” I will say. The one thing that I will miss out of everything and it’s heartbreaking to say, is Xia Li. Godspeed baby girl. Godspeed.”
Fans were quick to react to his post on Twitter. One user wrote, “Terrible decision by WWE. You are a master, a king. Can’t wait to see where you land next!” Another user wrote, “glad to see you still making jokes through this, good luck in whatever’s next Malcolm. you’re gonna kill it.”
According to the report, WWE asked Bivens to re-sign in February and he made it clear that he didn’t want to do so. Bivens signed with WWE in 2019 and managed several wrestlers at NXT live events until he made his debut as the manager of Rinku Singh and Saurav Gurjar in 2020. In December 2020, Bivens started managing Tyler Rust and was then released as the leader of Diamond Mine in June 2021.
